gd33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gd33 platform and all its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on gd33, it is considered that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform. gd33 reserves the right to modify these Terms in part or in full at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published.

gd33 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• You are legally capable of entering into a contract in your own name.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in your current location or place of residence.
• You have not previously been removed or permanently banned from gd33 for any reason.
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program.

gd33 may request relevant documents at any time to verify age or identity. gd33 reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

Only one account per person is permitted at gd33. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and, if found, all associated accounts and balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Always keep your password and login details confidential — do not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Notify gd33 immediately if any of your account details change.

If false or misleading information is found in an account, gd33 may suspend the account and withhold any balance.

gd33 currently supports Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — and all transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to your account immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

gd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if money laundering or fraud is suspected, and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

gd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions. The welcome bonus terms and conditions are detailed below:

Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount on the bonus funds only.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 in wagers required.

General Bonus Terms

• The bonus is applicable once per account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• gd33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at gd33's discretion.

All betting activity on gd33 is conducted in a fair, transparent, and equitable manner. The general betting rules are listed below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• gd33 reserves the right to recalculate any bet that was settled incorrectly due to a technical error.
• gd33's records are considered final in determining the outcome of any bet.
• gd33 reserves the right to void any bet that is found to have been placed on the basis of incorrect information.
• For casino games, the rules of the specific game provider apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd33 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or vulnerability.
• Collusive fraud with other users or against the platform.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to deceive any platform staff or system.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

Suspension or Closure at gd33's Discretion

gd33 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate.

gd33 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that enjoying entertainment is important, but playing within your own limits is even more so.

• You can set deposit limits or betting limits on your own account.
